Our Good Ecolabeled products are approved according to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's new criteria in 2018. The new criteria place higher demands on the environmental impact and origin of raw materials and packaging. The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation has spent a lot of time on this and the process has been delayed in order to achieve the best possible result. The approvals themselves only came this year.
We have adapted the products and packaging to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's new criteria and at the same time we take the opportunity to launch a perfumed Bra Miljöval variant with a soft fine scent on both Perform Stentvål and Perform Hulken Por-Rent. Existing products have been adapted to comply with the new criteria and have the same part number and EAN codes as before but have the op (unpasteurized) add-on in the name.
The frames on the labels have different colors. If it is an unscented product, it is light blue frame on the label and if it is a perfumed product, the frame is gold colored.
As I said, the new criteria place higher demands on the entire product, which we think is very good and it is a good selling point for you towards your customers.
The wording is very little changed. Mainly it has been to choose identical raw materials with less environmental impact from approved suppliers and where it has been necessary to replace raw materials, we have replaced with a similar but better environmentally classified. The products are as effective and have the same high quality as usual. Your customers will buy the same unique "problem solver" that they are used to.
With the new formulation, they will be Good Environmental Choice-rated Perform Stentvål OP and
Perform Stone Soap – The original completely unclassified according to CLP. So no rating on the label.
