Description
Perform reinforcer: 1 increases concrete resistance to abrasion and minimizes the influence of black rubber wheels. Perform reinforcer: 1 is intended to be used on new as old concrete for hardening of the surface. Perform reinforcer: 1 was used advantageously during the slip process to achieve the shine and hardness/hardening demanded during polishing/grinding of various concrete surfaces.
These advantages have Perform reinforcer: 1:
Ready to use immediately. It is easy to apply.
Enhances durability and increases abrasion resistance compared to untreated surfaces.
Reduces dust formation from mortar and concrete floors. It leaves no film on the surface.
Makes it easier to keep clean. It improves the final result when grinding/polishing different concrete surfaces.
Have good penetreringsförmåga. It is water-based = solvent-free and is completely color-and odourless.
Fully diffusion open.
Perform reinforcer: 1 is part of the Perform Floor-Recond System.
For professional use only. pH about 11.4 in concentrate. Store Frost-free. This product is manufactured in Sweden.
Consumption:
0.5-1.5 kg/10 m2 /layer. Varies with surface porosity, the more denser/harder the less consumption. Perform a test to
Ensure that the desired result or expected appearance is achieved. Keep in mind that one and the same concrete surface often shifts a bit in quality, which means that the consumption can vary on the same surface.
Use:
Used only on concrete surfaces. Is etching on glass and more read more on limitations below. Hardened/Old concrete: surfaces must be undamaged, textured, clean, free of frost, cement skin, surface water, oils, grease, coatings, any loose particles and any other surface contamination. If in doubt, apply on a test area first. For hardening when grinding/polishing use recommended methods from your machine supplier, in which case the slip/polishing step you should treat the concrete surface. The substrate must be prepared by appropriate mechanical preparation methods such as grinding, pressure wash, etc. Depending on the condition of the surface. In all cases, all dust and loose material and oil and grease must be removed completely from all surfaces before the product is applied. There may be moisture in the substrate, but not standing water.
Application:
The concrete surface must be clean and free of standing water, dust, dirt, paint and oil, and exceed + 5 °c.
For dust binding of porous surfaces: apply an opaque film with a low pressure spray – alt. Pour out, exvis with water jug and
Distribute with a soft brush/broom or preferably with a "microfiber" mop. Note! Surplus in puddles is smeared. When the surface is dry,
Treatment is repeated. Let Harden a few hours in between, the surface is gåbar within about 2-4 hrs. But wait about 2 days before standing water allows.
Surface temperature and ambient temperature: must be between 7 °c and 35 °c.
Moisture content of the substrate: can be applied to damp concrete, without any water impact. Relative humidity 100% max. Dew Point Watch out for
Condensation! The substrate and the non-hardened floor must be at least 3 °c above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation or blooming on the floor surface.
Cleaning tools: Clean all tools and all application equipment with lukewarm water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Limitations:
Do not use syringes that have been used to spray silicones or release agents. Do not mix different products. Make sure the spray equipment is thoroughly cleaned before use. Perform reinforcer: 1 will increase abrasion resistance compared to untreated concrete or coatings of the same type. Immediately wash off any leftover sprayed material from glass surfaces, aluminium surfaces or high gloss surfaces with water to avoid surfaces etched. Do not use on substrates that have previously been treated with curing agents/membranes, these layers must be removed for the silicate to react and work with the concrete. In order to obtain a homogeneous result, the application should not leave any dry spots or "puddles" with material. Finish further where necessary. The results of the dossier come and vary according to age, cement content, moisture content, porosity and how far the product has penetrated the substrate. Perform reinforcer: 1 does not compensate for poor substrates with low cement content. It is not intended for lightweight or extremely porous substrates or with worn surfaces. Perform reinforcer: 1 does not conceal serious stains or excessive wear. It forms an invisible film that can later produce a slightly darker shade. Creates no structure, but the substrate determines the appearance. Do not pour the used liquid back into the original container.
