Description

MPC (Marble Polishing Compound) is a polishing paste for the restoration of worn marble, terrazzo, limestone and agglomerations. MPC is ideal for maintenance on polished floors and restores the original beauty of the stone. The lustre achieved with MPC also provides some resistance to dirt and water. MPC does not etch the stone immediately if it dries in. When treated with a combined machine, a working speed of up to 100 m² / hour can be achieved. The coverage varies but the average is about 20-30 m² / kg. A big advantage of MPC is that it is processed with a regular scrubber (about 150 rpm) and red roundabout.

NOTE: If the surface is extremely worn, diamond grinding may be necessary before treatment with MPC.

How to use MPC:

1. Clean the stone from all residues of wax, soap and polish. Use Deep Stone Cleaner and scouring pads. If there are polish residues on the stone, Polishbort is used.

2. Rinse with water and wet cleaner the surface.

3. Moisten the floor with water. Distribute 3-4 dl of powder over an area of about 6-8 m². NB! MPC should be disturbed directly over the floor, not in the water tank.

4. Process the surface with single scrubber (150 rpm) and red scouring pad with repeated side-facing movements. Remove the pasta with a rubber shave and check if the finish is satisfactory. If not – process a little more.

5. Rinse with water and wet cleaner the surface and mop clean with water.

6. The floor can now be accessed

7. For maintenance, one of our Stone Soap Special and Hulk Por-rent should be used. Follow the instructions on the packages and alternate between the products.
