Nivefix 4 kg Black

Nivefix is a 2-component pack for spackling pores and cracks in concrete and terrazzo surfaces.

Product description:
Nivefix consists of a polymer part marked A and a hardener marked B. These components should be mixed up just before use and consumed within a maximum of 60 minutes. A more user-friendly and a more environmentally friendly product as it contains only cement as a labelling raw material.

Basis:
Can be laid on everything from plaster, wood and steel surfaces to concrete, even night-old concrete even if it is not dry. The substrate must be free from loose material, cement skin, dust, oil and other grease, etc. but do not need to be dry on water.

Sucking surfaces should be watered before laying out the putty to prevent the sucking surface from absorbing the binder from the glue, which reduces the processing time.

Method:
Mix the components well with a screwdriver or low-level drill and a spiral mixer. Perform Nivefix is spread out with a steel spatula or a sharp-edged rubber scraper. Pour out and scrape the surface. Pack in two directions to shear the spackle into pores and cracks.

Hardening:
Nivefix hardens by reaction between the components but is affected by ambient temperature and humidity as well as draught. Don't need to be covered. Hardens and can be sanded after about 6 hours at room temperature. In order to be shiny cut, it must have hardened overnight.

Nivefix is part of our own production series Perform Floor-Recond System, which is manufactured in Sweden.
