Dustbinder 1 is an unigmented water-based floor treatment agent (dust binder) that is primarily intended as a protective agent for concrete floors, but also for floors of the type artificial concrete, brick, slate, terrazzo (cement mosaic) and more. Dustbinder 1 must protect against dust formation, wear and contamination. It penetrates into the surface layer and gives after it
hardened a silk gloss and easy-to-clean surface. Applied with polishing put-ons, rollers, rubber shaves or the like. Normally, two ironings are enough.
Drying Time: Yttorr after 60 min, can withstand light traffic after 24 hours and heavier traffic after 72 hours.
Coverage: 20 -30 m ² per liter/iron.
Newly cast concrete: must harden at least 30 days before it can be treated. The cement skin should have been removed first. Treatment should not be done at temperatures below + 5 °c. Older concrete floor – grinding is made to remove the top layer on a concrete floor. The appearance of the concrete floor determines the treatment and zero method.
Different structures: Rough texture smooth surface or brushed surface. Medium-rough structure deducted surface, brädriven surface or Grovglättad surface. Fine structure Finglättad surface or maskinslipad surface. The appearance of the concrete determines the method of treatment, the smoothness and warpage of the surface, and inaccuracies.
Concrete floors that have a surface layer must be reset in one of the following ways: Chemical reset Paint remover, Concrete clean. Mechanical reset Demolition, grinding, blasting
Dust and wet vacuum If grease or oil residues occur, these must be removed from the concrete.
If underfloor heating is present, it must have been turned off 24 hours before treatment and should be shut down 24 hours after treatment has been completed.
pH in concentrates about 7.0.

Recommended dosage:
Diluted 1:1 with water at first reading and toppings undilute damp at second treatment for best results.
