Diamond grinding of a stone floor or stone staircase? If you have a worn floor with deep scratches that you want to bring back its shine and life, you need to sand down the surface with diamond tools for grinding to get a really beautiful result.
So how do we go about diamond cutting a stone floor or staircase?
When we diamond grind a floor or a staircase, we use a wide range of different technically produced diamond tools for grinding. First, we use a coarser diamond to cut any irregularities. After that, we use finer and finer diamond tools for grinding to get as fine a finish as possible. For large surfaces we use larger machines. When we smaller narrower surfaces such as corners and steps we use hand machines or hand blocks.
How good can it be when you diamond cut a stone floor or a stone staircase? Below are before and after pictures of how we diamond cut a chemical damaged limestone floor (pictures on the left) and after that we wet crystallized with Perform MPC and finished with a treatment with Perform Stent Soap Special (pictures on the right).
